Con edison multifamily program

Con Edison is a major utility in New York City that supports electric and gas customers throughout the region. The multifamily program seeks to work with building owners, property managers and developers to implement energy efficiency measures in their buildings. Celeste has been conducting outreach and project management for this program since 2018.

The move the house project, based in Portland, Oregon, is a mixed use, multifamily building that was certified through the USGBC's LEED for Homes program. Celeste served as the green rater while on staff with the Earth Advantage Institute.

Creston Avenue, the Bronx

Celeste served as the rater for the Creston Avenue project in the Bronx while working as a Senior Sustainability Consultant with Steven Winter Associates. Creston Ave received LEED-H Platinum certification in 2015 as well as NYSERDA MPP funding for energy efficiency measures.

Strawbale home design and construction

This single family home is located in the Pacific Northwest and implemented natural building techniques such as strawbale insulation. Strawbale home construction is often assembled in a barn raising setting, where involved parties join forces to complete the project installation. Natural building techniques are an innovative way to reduce a projects environmental impact, and have a great time!
